Family law records, including divorce proceedings in this case, are considered open records in Benton County. However, while one may readily find some divorce case information, certain documents filed in the course of the case may only be available to authorized individuals.

Note that queries for divorce court records are to be directed to the Circuit Court. However, divorce certificates are maintained and provided by the Oregon Health Authority. These certificates are only available to the public 50 years after the divorce.
